The color palette for this entire project was inspired by a spectacular African mask from one of the homeowners many travels. Deep blues and strong reds tempered with soothing browns and blacks and pale tones. The home is a second home for very busy professionals who use the house as an escape and to entertain – and two home offices made the home perfect for WFH.
The main bathroom is sanctuary carved from an unfinished attic space. The shape of the marble tile is repeated in the ceiling detail and shades. There is large double-doored shower and a wall-spanning vanity, makeup area, and double linen closets. A dream bathroom!
